first you need find out the cost so by calling around you will find its pretty complex the easy way is to meet them on site 

they will explain in detail you will need a new temporary power poll

the best way to do so is purchase a 8 meter log

then hire a local digger to make a hole 2 meters deep 

once you have achieve this install the poll into the hole then you will require a couple of bags of concrete mix it up and pour it into the hole.

you can now back fill the hole and organise the electrician to  remove your old over head mains
